Korzo Lipno - Location

The developer project "Korzo Lipno" is located near the center a famous recreational area at the Lipno dam in South Bohemia (Czech Republic). Lipno is a paradise of water sports, fishing, yachting, hiking and biking. The ski-area Kramolin offers five ski slopes, a snowpark and 35 kilometers of prepared cross-country skiing tracks.

Lipno dam is the largest water surface in Czechia and large untouched natural areas in the Lipno region offer a great variety of uses. The proximity of Austria and Germany predestine this place to become one of the most important Euro-regions.

One of the most rapidly developing areas in this region is the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. It is a gate into the Lipno region and the first stop for every visitor coming from the east and from the Austrian border crossings. One of the big advantages of this location is the Kramolin winter sports area, which offers recreational activities also in winter months.
