Korzo Lipno - apartments

The Korzo Lipno Apartments is a development project in the center of a famous recreational area at the Lipno dam in South Bohemia (Czech Republic).

The area of the "Korzo Lipno" project consist of 4 blocks - A, B, C, D. These blocks are divided by a street and a natural axis of the Lipno village - so called Korzo (corso). Korzo leads from the village down to the shore of the Lipno dam.

Block B is the first phase of development. It consists of 3 apartment houses, each with 10 flats. The apartment flats of the Block B are offered in the areas of 30 m², 45 m², 60 m² and 90 m².

Block A consists of houses for living and commercial activities. This blok starts at the Korzo with a lodging house and restaurant. Follow five 3-storey polyfunctional houses with a flexible commercial area (176 m²) in the ground floor and appartment flats in higher storeys.

The Korzo Lipno project is planned to be built in 2010.
